🎤🚨Algunos de los más importantes medios de Chile hacen eco de la presentación del proyecto de ley que busca dar facultades a los municipios para que restrinjan el rodeo en sus comunas.
Una iniciativa que fue impulsada por la diputada @cataperezdiputada quien indicó que “el maltrato que sufren los animales en el rodeo no se puede seguir justificando bajo la consigna de deporte o tradición (…)“.
Por su parte, @danielamirandavidal , presidenta de Animal Libre en Chile, aseguró que “hace más de diez años comenzamos a cuestionar esta práctica y no nos detendremos hasta su abolición”.

Sigue la repercusión en prensa sobre nuestra última investigación llamada #falsalibertad, qué cuestiona la producción de huevos bajo el concepto de “gallinas libres”, donde se acogió nuestro recurso de protección contra la empresa Ecoterra, por maltrato animal, perjuicios ambientales y a la comunidad.
La presidenta de Animal Libre en Chile, @danielamirandavidal, indico a CNN que “En el fondo, lo que nosotros también queremos decir con esto es cuestionar cuál es el concepto de gallinas libres que se vende, porque no están en las jaulas en que están generalmente, pero están en una jaula más grande también hacinadas”.

🚨 📢 Animal Libre presentó un recurso de protección el que fue declarado admisible por la Corte de Apelaciones de San Miguel, en el que se señala el maltrato animal existente, y además la existencia de un perjuicio a la comunidad.
“Las comunidades que se localizan en el área de influencia del proyecto se han visto afectadas por el continuo crecimiento experimentado en esta avícola, que ha conllevado un aumento significativo de contaminación acústica y malos olores, que resulta de la falta de cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental y sanitaria que regulan la materia, dejando al arbitrio de los recurridos la continua polución que afecta a los vecinos colindantes” indicó Diego Figueroa, Director Jurídico de Animal Libre.

La campaña #FalsaLibertad viene a visibilizar la explotación, el maltrato, hacinamiento e injusticia que viven estas aves en uno de los mayores planteles de la empresa Ecoterra, que habla de libertad y bienestar animal para promocionar la venta de sus huevos. Una #falsalibertad que es evidenciada por Animal Libre con videos y fotos, las que muestran la precaria situación que viven.

🚩¡Buenas noticias para todos los veganos y las veganas de Argentina!
💚Nos pone muy felices informarles una nueva oportunidad de que el Estado nacional apruebe e incluya la alimentación vegana, cuyo valor ético reside en un mayor respeto por la vida animal y un menor impacto ambiental.
🌱El Proyecto de Ley @menuveganoargentina impulsado por Animal Libre, ingresó hoy al Congreso de la Nación de la mano de la diputada @florlampreabe, quien junto a su equipo y representantes de nuestra organización y de la coalición @alianzaxelclima, ha elaborado una muy completa propuesta.
❣️¿Te gustaría contar con un menú vegano en cualquier hospital, escuela, universidad y dependencia pública del país donde se provea comida? ¡Eso estará garantizado en todo el territorio nacional si logramos que este proyecto se convierta en #LEY!
▶️Un punto a favor, inédito y de gran importancia, es el aval dado al proyecto desde el Programa Nacional de Alimentación Saludable de la Direccion Nacional de Abordaje Integral de Enfermedades no Transmisibles del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, el cual elaboró un informe que propone planes semanales que además de ser nutricionalmente completos ahorran al Estado más de un 20 % en el costo de la comida.
❣️¡Hay más aún! De aprobarse esta ley, se introducirán cambios en la Guía Alimentaria Nacional elaborada por el Ministerio de Salud, para incluir la opción vegana dentro de las recomendaciones saludables y aprobadas oficialmente para toda la población.
👉Además, cada organismo público deberá realizar periódicamente un relevamiento de la cantidad de personas que optan por un #MenúVegano y remitirá los datos al Ministerio de Salud de la Nación para cuantificar el segmento vegano dentro de las instituciones.
✅La aprobación de esta ley depende de nuestro apoyo y favorecerá a todas las personas veganas de Argentina y a millones de animales que esperan su liberación. !Sumate difundiendo para #quesealey!

💚We are very happy to announce that we have a new opportunity for the national government to approve and include vegan food, whose ethical value lies in a greater respect for animal life and a lower environmental impact.
🌱The @menuveganoargentina bill, proposed by Animal Libre, was submitted to the National Congress today by @florlampreabe, who, along with her team and representatives from our organization and the @alianzaxelclima coalition, has developed a very complete proposal.
❣️Would you like to have a vegan menu in every hospital, school, university, and public institution in the country where food is provided? That will be possible if we manage to turn this bill into #LAW!
▶️A major advantage of this project is that it has been endorsed by the National Healthy Eating Program of the Ministry of Health. This program created a report with meal plans that are nutritionally complete and would also help the government save more than 20% on food costs.
❣️And there’s more! If this law is approved, changes will be introduced to the National Dietary Guidelines developed by the Ministry of Health to include vegan options among the officially approved and recommended healthy diets for the entire population.

🌱El Proyecto de Ley @menuveganoargentina impulsado por Animal Libre, ingresó hoy al Congreso de la Nación de la mano de la diputada @florlampreabe, quien junto a su equipo y representantes de nuestra organización y de la coalición @alianzaxelclima, ha elaborado una muy completa propuesta.
❣️¿Te gustaría contar con un menú vegano en cualquier hospital, escuela, universidad y dependencia pública del país donde se provea comida? ¡Eso estará garantizado en todo el territorio nacional si logramos que este proyecto se convierta en #LEY!
▶️Un punto a favor, inédito y de gran importancia, es el aval dado al proyecto desde el Programa Nacional de Alimentación Saludable de la Direccion Nacional de Abordaje Integral de Enfermedades no Transmisibles del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, el cual elaboró un informe que propone planes semanales que además de ser nutricionalmente completos ahorran al Estado más de un 20 % en el costo de la comida.
❣️¡Hay más aún! De aprobarse esta ley, se introducirán cambios en la Guía Alimentaria Nacional elaborada por el Ministerio de Salud, para incluir la opción vegana dentro de las recomendaciones saludables y aprobadas oficialmente para toda la población.
👉Además, cada organismo público deberá realizar periódicamente un relevamiento de la cantidad de personas que optan por un #MenúVegano y remitirá los datos al Ministerio de Salud de la Nación para cuantificar el segmento vegano dentro de las instituciones.
✅La aprobación de esta ley depende de nuestro apoyo y favorecerá a todas las personas veganas de Argentina y a millones de animales que esperan su liberación. !Sumate difundiendo para #quesealey!

❣️And there’s more! If this law is approved, changes will be introduced to the National Dietary Guidelines developed by the Ministry of Health to include vegan options among the officially approved and recommended healthy diets for the entire population.

✅"Todos los habitantes de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires tendrán derecho a acceder a una alimentación adecuada y conforme a sus decisiones éticas".
👉Esto es lo que expresa el Proyecto de Ley trabajado entre Animal Libre en Argentina y el equipo de la diputada Laura Velasco, quien lo presentó recientemente en la Legislatura Porteña.
📌De aprobarse esta ley, todos los comercios habilitados para ofrecer comida quedarán sujetos al cumplimiento de sus artículos, los cuales establecen que "los establecimientos gastronómicos privados de CABA deberán incorporar #comidavegana a su oferta gastronómica en cada sección de su carta".
🫑Se establece también que "la comida vegana ofrecida en los establecimientos gastronómicos no deberá superar el precio promedio de su equivalente no vegano" ofrecido en la carta.
💚Asimismo, la autoridad de aplicación deberá crear el Plan de Promoción e Impulso de Comida Vegana, publicitándola como una alternativa #ética, #sostenible y #saludable; brindando capacitación al personal gastronómico habilitado para la creación de estos platos y promoviendo los vegetales de origen #orgánico y #agroecológico, entre otras propuestas.

¡APROBADO MI MENU VEGANO! Hoy la cámara de diputados y diputadas de Chile, aprobó de manera histórica, el proyecto que incorpora nuevos criterios de alimentación en JUNAEB, considerando las opciones de menú vegano y vegetariana.
Ahora el proyecto va a la cámara de senadores y senadoras para continuar su discusión y dar vida a esta iniciativa que vendría a beneficiar a miles de niñas, niños y adolescentes.
Han sido más 6 años desde que iniciamos nuestra campaña #MiMenuVegano que hoy esta dando un gran paso para lograr la inclusión de los cada vez más niños, niñas y adolescentes que han decidido sacar a los animales del menú.

🐔RESCATAMOS A 20 GALLINAS EXPLOTADAS POR LA INDUSTRIA DEL HUEVO💛
El pasado fin de semana nuestro equipo de rescate e investigación de Animal Libre en Chile, rescató a 20 gallinas desde la industria del huevo, donde estaban siendo explotadas y abusadas hasta que sus cuerpos no rindieran más, para luego enviarlas al matadero, pero hoy tendrán una nueva oportunidad de vivir en libertad❤️✨.
Pronto les comunicaremos de la nueva y hermosa vida que tendrán estas gallinitas, las que fueron trasladadas a un hermoso santuario🤗.
Seguiremos trabajando, hasta que la última jaula esté vacía✊🏼.

El proyecto presentado por el diputado Juan Santana (PS), e impulsado por la ONG Animal Libre, busca dar una alternativa a los niños, niñas y adolescentes que no consumen productos de origen animal.

@cnnchile: The Education Committee of the Chamber of Deputies has unanimously approved the bill to legislate the initiative that aims to include vegan and vegetarian menu options in the School Feeding Program (PAE).
The bill, presented by Juan Santana (PS) and promoted by the NGO Animal Libre, aims to offer an alternative to children and teenagers who have a plant-based lifestyle.
In addition, @mauricioserranopalma , founder of the NGO, stated that “each year, more children and teenagers are choosing this type of lifestyle.”
