🚨 📢 Animal Libre presentó un recurso de protección el que fue declarado admisible por la Corte de Apelaciones de San Miguel, en el que se señala el maltrato animal existente, y además la existencia de un perjuicio a la comunidad.
“Las comunidades que se localizan en el área de influencia del proyecto se han visto afectadas por el continuo crecimiento experimentado en esta avícola, que ha conllevado un aumento significativo de contaminación acústica y malos olores, que resulta de la falta de cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental y sanitaria que regulan la materia, dejando al arbitrio de los recurridos la continua polución que afecta a los vecinos colindantes” indicó Diego Figueroa, Director Jurídico de Animal Libre.
