📢 La nota aborda todo sobre nuestro estudio “Estado nutricional y hematológico en personas veganas de la RM de Santiago de Chile", la importancia de realizarlo, dónde y los días que se llevará a cabo.

👉 La jefa del área de estudio de Animal Libre, María Paz Orrego, indicó que “mientras más estudios científicos de alimentación y nutrición a base de plantas existan, mayor compromiso tendremos de parte de las grandes instituciones de salud y poder generar políticas públicas respecto a la incorporación de este tipo de dieta en todo ciclo vital. El veganismo se debe profesionalizar desde todas sus áreas”.
